The German company Giesecke & Devrient, made the first SIM-card about 20 years ago, announced the creation of the world's smallest "SIM-card." According to a press release by the liberated areas "Mini SIM-card" will create even more subtle devices, keeping the wireless speed at the same level.
Giesecke & Devrient notes that the new SIM-card form factor were tested in the mobile networks of different operators. As expected, the new standard is approved by the European Institute for Telecommunications Standards (ETSI) by the end of this year. In Russia dick knows when it will be!
